Rockwood
Recreational Facility
The Rockwood Recreational Facility has been a recognized leader in Wichita
family recreation since its establishment in 1963. The private,
limited membership facility continues to be dedicated to bringing friendly,
family-focused, safe recreation at an affordable price to its member families.
Rockwood residents and non-Rockwood member families enjoy the green space,
playground and sports areas, enclosed patio room, and swim facilities.

Day to Labor Day-
Membership in the recreational facility brings the benefits of:

Fall,
Winter & Spring-
The tennis courts, basketball goals and playground / picnic
area are available for the enjoyment of the entire neighborhood in
the off season. In addition, the enclosed patio room is available
for use by reservation.
For persons who enjoy walking, the playground interior perimeter is approximately
.15 mile / 7 laps = 1 mile.
The facility is an excellent location for
corporate gatherings, family parties, scout
outings, and family fun.
